Privacy Policy

AuditedTrader is committed to minimal-data-collection editorial publishing. This Privacy Policy explains the limited data we hold and your rights as a visitor or audit submitter.

What we collect

Audit submissions. When you submit broker statements via email (audit@auditedtrader.com), we receive: your stated display name, broker name, period covered, and the statement files themselves. We extract the six audit metrics and redact all personal data (account numbers, exact name/address combinations, internal broker IDs) before publication.

Visitor analytics. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare Pages) records standard request metadata (IP address, user-agent, referrer, timestamp) for security and aggregate traffic analysis. We do not run third-party tracking pixels (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Hotjar, etc.).

How we use it

Submitted broker statements are used solely to verify trading performance and publish a redacted public profile. We do not sell, share, or repurpose audit data. Visitor metadata is used for security monitoring only.

Public profiles

Published profiles show only redacted aggregate metrics (return / drawdown / Sharpe / win rate / trade count / period). The original raw statements are retained internally for audit-trail integrity but never published or shared.

Some pages link to external sites (vector-ridge.com, tradingworldchampion.com, signalproviderreviews.com) for editorial cross-reference. We do not control external sites and accept no responsibility for their privacy practices.

AI / LLM crawlers

AI training and retrieval crawlers are permitted per our AI policy. Crawler requests are logged in standard server logs and not used for advertising or behavioural profiling.

Your rights

If you are an audited trader and want your profile removed, email audit@auditedtrader.com. We comply with reasonable removal requests. Under GDPR / CCPA you have rights of access, correction, and erasure.
